Terms of service

Last updated: [date]. These terms are between Nuova AI Ltd (“we”) and the business that creates an account (“you”).

1. The service

Nuova lets you create AI chat assistants trained on content you provide and embed them on your websites or software.

2. Your content and your visitors

  • You keep all rights to content you upload or point us at. You confirm you have the right to use it.
  • You are the data controller for personal data your visitors share in chats; we process it as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
  • You are responsible for your privacy notice and for telling visitors they are talking to an AI. The widget shows an AI disclosure that cannot be removed.

3. AI output

Assistants are designed to answer only from your content and to say when they don't know, but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and test results before publishing, and the assistant must not be relied on for legal, medical, financial or safety advice.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes, to impersonate others, or to attempt to access other customers' data. We may suspend assistants that are being abused.

5. Plans, allowances and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies; when it is used up, assistants reply with a polite holding message until the next month or an upgrade. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5a. Founding prices

If you subscribe to a paid plan while founding prices are offered on our pricing page, we will not increase the price of that plan for you for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, or switch to a different plan, the price at that time applies. VAT changes required by law are not a price increase under this promise.

6. Liability
